Description:

  • Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviour’s.
  • Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers).
  • Promotion and Marketing Communications: Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market .

Responsibilities:

  • Regionalize global assets for the market and roll campaigns through both cat-owned channels and the dealer channels.
  • Lead new product introduction launch strategy in the region.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with Marcom Managers from the AME Region dealerships.
  • Promote dealer best practices in the region.
  • Develop our Lead Generation Campaigns Plan for the region in collaboration with our Digital Marketing team.
  • Define and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle.
  • Maximize sales lead collection from all potential Marketing sources.
  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns
