MARKETING/COMMUNICATIONS ADVISOR

We are currently seeking a dedicated Communications Advisor for a full-time position based in Clayton. The position comes with a competitive salary ranging between $45 and $50 per hour, and hybrid work arrangements that would allow for 3 days working from home per week.
This is a temporary role to start as soon as possible and would run for a minimum of 2 months, with a likelihood to extend or become permanent for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Have strong Salesforce experience.
• Have strong skills as a copywriter and a producer of written marketing content.
• Be immediately available for work.
• Be open an available to work for at least up to 3 months.
• Have or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check.

There is potential for the role to become permanent, so full working rights and a willingness to take on a permanent role are a bonus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation of annual marketing budgets and monitor ongoing expenditure.
• Work with the Head of Marketing on quarterly plans and ensure consistency of messaging and branding across segments, campaigns and channels.
• Develop and execute PR ideas.
• Community management for social media including library of responses.
• Coordinate internal and external communication. This may include quarterly planning, weekly emails, print, events management, creative, digital, social media management, and media planning.
• Support Sales team with value propositions, messaging and tools.Coordinate marketing and communications activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
