Description:

What You will be doing:

  • Organizes trade shows, user group conferences and technical conferences including logistics, travel arrangements, booth attendance, availability of brochures and flyers.
  • Designs and develops marketing materials according to the corporate design guidelines, e.g. brochures, flyers, presentations, roll-ups, relating to the products of the appropriate product segment.
  • Monitors contents of the marketing materials to ensure corporate design consistency and appropriateness.
  • Communicates with external provider (advertising agencies, booth builder, print shops, trade show organizer).
  • Conducts digital campaign.
  • Provides administrative support for customer/training presentations.
  • Schedules and coordinates customer meetings and conferences.
  • Provides support with press releases, internal posts and social media posts relating to the products of the appropriate product segment
  • Responsibility for ensuring that the content of the website is up to date

What You will need:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or Communication required.
  • 2-4 years experience supporting marketing functions.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work demands.
  • Good communication skills, particularly written skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office environment (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Skilled in the use of graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, PhotoShop).
  • Able to work on his/her own initiative as a team member.
  • Strong administrative skills.

Other Functions

  • Conducts internet and marketing researches.
  • Supports monitoring of marketing budget.
  • Supports strategic planning process.
  • Supports additional marketing projects as needed.
