    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events, Marketing & Communications Coordinator to work closely with a delightful partnership and legal team, to provide on-the-ground support across a range of initiatives in Melbourne.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or business-related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a business development or marketing role
  • Experience working in a similar position at a professional service (legal or accounting) or corporate environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and comprehension skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as Adobe InDesign
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
  • A proactive, helpful, enthusiastic, positive approach to your work
  • An ability to cope under pressure and deal with difficult stakeholders
  • Full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This fast-paced and exciting role will see you:

  • Coordinating client communications, logistics and administration for internal and external client events such as seminars, briefings, luncheons, and monthly webinars, as well as client updates in the firm’s relevant databases
  • Coordinating materials around proposals, capability statements, practice profile submissions, and lawyer profiles
  • Creating innovative and dynamic marketing collateral - both print and online, using Adobe InDesign
  • Developing content for the internal and external newsletters and social media platforms (LinkedIn)
