JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Communications, the executive will
play a pivotal role in executing the F&B group’s marketing and communications
strategies and activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Mass
  • Communications or equivalent professional certification
  • 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates with the right aptitude are
  • welcome to apply for the position.
  • Organised, deadline-oriented and a team player
  • Proactive, resourceful and digitally savvy
  • Knowledge of graphic design software and basic HTML/CSS skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and oversee the implementation of marketing communications and

public relations strategies for the brands within the group portfolio

  • Collaborate with in-house art director, freelance photographers and external

vendors to develop marketing collaterals, social media content and media

assets

  • Manage the group’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and

LinkedIn), ensuring consistent engagement and brand messaging

  • Craft press releases, social media posts, media alerts, profiles, video/blog

content and other content pieces, effectively communicating key strategic

messages to diverse target audiences.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with local and regional media and key

opinion leaders, pitching stories and tracking press coverage to enhance

brand visibility

  • Coordinate press activities and facilitate media enquiries
  • Coordinate promotional events, partnerships and collaborations to increase

brand awareness and drive customer acquisition

  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback on online forums, such as Google

Reviews, addressing concerns and leveraging opportunities for improvement

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and

areas for growth

  • Prepare promotional and pitch deck presentations to support business

development initiatives

  • Produce reports for each PR/marketing campaign, analysing performance

metrics and identifying areas for refinement
