JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Communications, the executive will
play a pivotal role in executing the F&B group’s marketing and communications
strategies and activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Mass
- Communications or equivalent professional certification
- 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates with the right aptitude are
- welcome to apply for the position.

- Proactive, resourceful and digitally savvy
- Knowledge of graphic design software and basic HTML/CSS skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee the implementation of marketing communications and
public relations strategies for the brands within the group portfolio
- Collaborate with in-house art director, freelance photographers and external
vendors to develop marketing collaterals, social media content and media
assets
- Manage the group’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and
LinkedIn), ensuring consistent engagement and brand messaging
- Craft press releases, social media posts, media alerts, profiles, video/blog
content and other content pieces, effectively communicating key strategic
messages to diverse target audiences.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with local and regional media and key
opinion leaders, pitching stories and tracking press coverage to enhance
brand visibility
- Coordinate press activities and facilitate media enquiries
- Coordinate promotional events, partnerships and collaborations to increase
brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback on online forums, such as Google
Reviews, addressing concerns and leveraging opportunities for improvement
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and
areas for growth
- Prepare promotional and pitch deck presentations to support business
development initiatives
- Produce reports for each PR/marketing campaign, analysing performance
metrics and identifying areas for refinement
