    Amazing opportunity to assist in building and redefining the Marketing, Brand & Communications area of the business.
    Our client is an ASX listed Engineering, Maintenance and Construction head contractor with a fast-growing national presence. They are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join their team and work from their Sydney office.
    This opportunity will require motivated self-starters to lead and support initiatives to grow the company brand. You will work with a dynamic team that makes a true impact on the business’s brand presence nationally and internationally. You will be an ideas person that is well versed in thinking outside of the box, presenting ideas to executives, and implementing agreed strategies.
    Candidates will ideally have sector experience in Construction, Maintenance and Engineering but is not essential.
    The candidate will be reporting into the Marketing & Communications Manager and will ideally have generalist experience, ideally having mentored someone before and take the lead for the East Coast portfolio, developing strategies and executing them as well as implementing policies, systems and procedures. There will also be a small amount of travel in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree and/or Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Ideally previous experience in a similar role within the engineering, maintenance or construction industries or investor relations sector
  • Social Media experience, including strategy development and execution
  • Experience in Event Management
  • Stakeholder engagement expertise and engagement strategy development experience
  • Content creation and technical writing skills are favourable
  • The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter that easily works with a close-knit team but also functions autonomously
  • Ideally knowledge of ASX corporate communications
  • Outstanding ability to engage and foster working relationships
  • Ideally experience in InDesign, Photoshop, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Office, Content Management tools, Translation Tools, and CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
