Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager (Recruitment)
Location: Remote/ Cork
Contract Type: 9 month Contract
Summary: Our leading Tech client is searching for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager with previous experience in a Tech company or supporting a recruitment team. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, working on key campaigns to support our Digital Recruitment Marketing Strategies. You’ll be empowered to lead the design and delivery of our recruitment marketing campaigns to help attract the best and most diverse talent across the world.

Responsibilities:

  • A talented and highly motivated digital marketing strategist who will support our Communications and People Success teams.
  • A leader with strong experience and expertise in social media and CMS.
  • A team player who enjoys creating strategic, impactful digital campaigns and rolling up their sleeves to dig in and get the job done.
  • Curate content from communications partners on all ‘Life’ aspects of working at the company from innovation, news updates & employee experiences to share with our talent audiences.
  • Oversee and manage digital and social media strategy and execution on channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Lead Employer Brand lead-gen marketing campaigns.
  • Implement owned and (at times) paid social media campaigns from ideation through to execution and performance management.
  • Develop creative assets for social media (e.g., social cards, thumbnails, infographics, ads, GIFs, etc.)
  • Oversee Companies online recruitment properties and presence (careers site, blog, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Life etc.)
  • Work with team member to create insightful analytics reports complete with meaningful actions and recommendations.
  • Curate content from Company internal and external channels for use on social media and as part of lead-gen campaigns.
  • Create content in the Company voice with excellent knowledge in communications principles and strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media or communications role.
  • Track record in creating, managing and reporting on a cross-platform content strategy – spanning LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook and more.
  • Expert in various audience and platform types and best practices in social to optimize engagement and traffic
  • Teamwork-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing and evolving
  • Excellent written and editorial skills - proficiency in AP style and short-form copy
  • Proficient with CMS systems
  • Experience creating social graphics through Canva, Photoshop or InDesign
