Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Communications & Sustainability, the successful candidate will facilitate the delivery of brand development programs and external market engagement, while supporting sales success from a communications standpoint. They will also ensure to maintain internal branding and assets relating to the group brands in Oceania & ANL’s full scope.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

To design, budget, implement and report on New Zealand agency Marketing & Communications Plan
To operationally deliver & report on relevant Oceania & ANL campaigns & actions
To participate in core sustainability committee for Oceania
Maintenance of brand assets including but not limited to Corporate Power points, Website (via sharepoint CMS), Product flyers, Vessel and event photography and Metrics dashboards
External market engagement including social media (Linkedin) posting, reporting & measurement, content development (social and press), digital Marketing (including email and some online inventory) while managing quality of output and brand alignment
Facilitation of print, digital and in person campaigns and programs including basic design (Adobe Creative Suite including indesign, Photoshop & dream weaver) email distribution and CRM mining with the support of IT, Customer Service and Sales Department
Maintenance of Internal newsletter (Flare) while promoting assets within the business to foster content sharing, copywriting distribution & reporting

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications
2 years in experience in client-side generalist marketing, communications or PR role
Desktop publishing (o365)
Adobe Creative Suite or otherwise
CMS (any)
ESN management or engagement (any)
Familiarity with CRM in concept or use
