The Opportunity
The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the national marketing strategy for the organization. Their role is to enhance the RFA brand (internally/externally) through consistent messaging and creative strategy that helps distinguish RFA as the brand of choice for mortgage brokers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of engaging content for internal/external marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Support rate communications to ensure accuracy of information and create enticing ads based on the promotion, offer, or sales angle provided.
  • Write/edit/proof all internal and external communications, marketing material, and customer documentation to ensure consistent, accurate, and engaging messaging.
  • Liaise with industry associations and media outlets for interview opportunities, publications, annual industry awards, company profiles, executive speaking opportunities, and more. Write and review all related material.
  • Support the marketing/communications calendar to ensure regularity of content to market.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives and priorities are met.
  • Support event planning for industry conferences and/or other internal corporate events (as required).
