Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities
Anthesis is looking for a motivated individual to support our NALA (North America + Latin America) marketing initiatives. This role will benefit from being part of a global Marketing team, led by Group Chief Marketing Officer, Kirsten Doddy.
Reporting to the NALA Marketing & Communications Manager and working closely with the wider regional Marketing team, the successful candidate will be at the heart of coordinating marketing campaigns, responding to the needs of the NALA business. The job is full of variety and suited to someone with a passion for sustainability and who would like to experience a challenging and creative role. This person may be asked to travel onsite to our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado on occasion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the NALA Marketing & Communications Manager to plan and implement marketing campaigns
  • Support with creating and editing written materials such as blogs, webpages, and service guides
  • Provide formatting and editing support for presentations and documents in line with brand guidelines
  • Work closely with the SEO and Website Manager and Digital Marketing Executive to compose, schedule and publish website and social media content
  • Support with the identification and development of case studies
  • Actively participate in event preparation, create task list and track assignments; coordinate with all event stakeholders; provide on-site support for key events
  • Contribute to planning podcasts and webinars, including scheduling, research and analysing data
  • Support in monitoring and tracking the performance of NA marketing campaigns
  • Provide support for internal communications, including but not limited to the monthly NA Town Hall
  • Take ownership of identified marketing initiatives, such as case study and deck development
  • Identify new opportunities for Anthesis Marketing to venture into through industry and market observations
  • Undertake administrative tasks to support the coordination and success of marketing campaigns

Key Requirements & Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential:

  • 3+ years marketing and event planning experience
  • Clear and concise written business communication skills
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to quality
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, social networking, email marketing and search engines, including but not limited to LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, HubSpot and Google
  • A willingness to learn new skills and work collaboratively with others in a dynamic remote-first work environment
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects
  • Self-starter with the ability to think and work independently, while also being an enthusiastic and a proactive team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (PowerPoint in particular)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Sustainability background
  • Advanced design skills using Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Proficient in Spanish

Full training will be given on all necessary marketing software.
