MARKETING CONTENT SPECIALIST
The Marketing Content Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing Communications and will work with multidisciplinary team to develop and execute our digital content strategy. This role is a vital part of our successful marketing strategy on the Solar Vertical Market.
You will be a part of the global Demand Generation team located in Delft, The Netherlands. We offer a hybrid (3 days a week working from the office) job within a diverse team of 10 marketing talents based in The Netherlands, Germany, and the United States.
The Demand Generation team is a strategic pillar of our Commercial Team. We positively impact business results and drive seamless customer experience in an environment of professional development, with integrity and focus on sustainability.

We will give you the opportunity to be responsible for:
- Creating creative briefs and surveys, interviewing subject matter experts, conducting secondary research, conducting industry, market, and competitive research, as well as face-to-face or phone Voice of Customer (VoC) interviews.
- Collaborating and executing the content development strategy while maintaining the content calendar to ensure a steady stream of thought leadership, case studies, press releases, web copy, and blog posts.
- Monitoring and analyzing Content performance, using data and insights to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborating with visual, design, and digital marketing resources to facilitate smooth handoffs from the content development teams to content activation teams.
- Getting involved in exciting projects that have global reach and high visibility to the company.

- Content creation experience in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in a process and metric-driven commercial environment.
- Working knowledge of Google tools (Analytics, AdWords, Search Console) and SEO and PPC best practices.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a differentiator.
