As a Marketing Coordinator for AMA Insurance, your focus will be helping our members protect the things they care about most.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Report to the Marketing Manager
  • Schedule and execute marketing campaigns including copywriting, A/B testing, email deployment, reporting, and optimization.
  • Meet marketing objectives and come up with creative campaigns, ideas and concepts.
  • Use data and reporting to help optimize campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with our external suppliers and internal departments.
  • Work with subject matter experts and web-related groups to deliver effective online marketing solutions.
  • Ensure critical marketing-related deadlines are met.
  • Stay on top of administrative and advertising workflow and provide administrative and operational support.
  • Liaise with printers, publishers, designers, suppliers and other partners on production and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Track ongoing expenditures against budget for promotional materials, printing, media buying, tradeshows, and sponsorships.
  • Stay current on the latest digital and traditional marketing trends and best practices.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • You have a university degree or post-secondary diploma in a related field, such as Marketing or Communications.
  • You have at least 2 years of marketing experience under your belt and you’re ready for your next big challenge.
  • You will get bonus points for having experience with Social, SEO, PPC, email marketing, copywriting, radio, print media and advertising.
  • You’re a strong copywriter with experience creating copy for email marketing, social media, etc.
  • You are pretty tech savvy - you know your computer systems and software, and you’re always open to learning new ones.
  • Experience with marketing under regulation or guidelines considered an asset.
