Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, public relations, and content marketing;
  • Bachelor’s degree or DEC in a related field;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Works well cross-functionally, both with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic environment, under tight deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written.
  • Background in fashion and wholesale industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will support in the development of licenses strategy and activations as part of the go-to-market marketing plan. They will also play a key role in supporting content production for diverse licenses. The position calls for a passionate and creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports marketing team with seasonal go-to-market (GTM) activities such as the marketing calendar, assets and presentation preparation;
  • Acts as a liaison and manages digital assets photography for license brands while insuring timely delivery;
  • Manages and coordinates all photo sample/gifting requests for license brands;
  • Supports in the creation of all B2B tools (catalogues & brand books) and B2C assets;
  • Places orders, ships as well as tracks shipment for various projects to insure delivery in a timely manner;
  • Supports the marketing team with planning and execution of various project such as tradeshow, content creation, POP and events;
  • Participates on additional marketing assignments as needed.
