Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a Marketing Coordinator in our Vancouver office. We are seeking a strategic thinker, creative marketer, and highly organized professional to make a significant impact on the Building Engineering Division’ s success by promoting our work with clients, identifying new opportunities, and enhancing our market presence.
The role involves responsibilities such as creating and leading marketing strategy, which includes developing and executing strategies for promoting our Buildings Engineering Division services. This involves managing marketing campaigns, collateral production, planning and executing marketing related events, and creating marketing content. You will also assist with business development, focusing on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, coordinating events, and assisting in branding and marketing for proposals. The role also encompasses market research and analysis, involving market trend identification and competitive landscape analysis.
Job Requirements:

What you will bring:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited post-secondary educational institution.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the engineering industry, with a track record of successfully activating brands and engaging target audiences.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite and experience working with social media and creative software (eg. Adobe Creative Cloud applications).
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns, covering digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering presentations to clients, partners, and colleagues, with the ability to engage technically minded audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing teams, project managers, and engineers, and effectively communicate marketing strategies and business development updates.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and compiling reports to inform marketing and business development budgets and target market decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and social media platforms, and a track record of crafting compelling messages, managing online interactions, and utilizing analytics to gauge effectiveness.

The salary range for this position is $54,080.00 to $93,600.00, and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
