Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for key components across SafeRide Health’s digital channels and supporting our Marketing and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will support the execution of our marketing strategy and programs, develop engaging digital social media content, and help uphold our brand’s visual identity across channels. The Marketing Coordinator role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. Additionally, the ideal candidate will come with three to five years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare space.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
  • Solid understanding of the buyer journey in a B2B digital marketing environment and how each channel plays a role including but not limited to: content marketing, SEO, PPC, paid promotional placements, social media, and email
  • Familiarity with the value of thought leadership and how it supports marketing and sales
  • Experience with visual and brand design platforms (Figma preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Extremely detail-oriented with an eye for typos, grammar, and inconsistencies
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across functions
  • Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to constant change; self-driven and motivated
  • Proactive, encouraging team player with a positive attitude and drive for self-improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Create and maintain visuals consistent with our overarching branding including pamphlets, trade show booth designs, banners, and more. Ensure that all created marketing materials align with our brand guidelines and brand voice.
  • Social Media Management and Reporting: Lead the development, curation, and day-to-day management, and reporting of our owned social media content across social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter) in alignment with our broader sales and marketing strategies.
  • Digital Reputation Management: Proactively monitor and manage digital public forums where SafeRide is listed including but not limited to Google My Business, Glassdoor, Bing, etc.
  • Digital Content Creation: Design and develop on-brand, visually appealing graphics to support varying marketing channels and platforms for social media, our website, email marketing, and more.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the Marketing team in executing innovative campaigns within the Medicare, Medicaid managed care, non-emergency medical transportation, and general healthcare related spaces to position SafeRide Health as an industry thought leader (content forms include white papers, blog posts, infographics, email, and more).
  • Marketing Automation and Reporting: Support the Marketing and Sales teams in maintaining our CRM and marketing automation software platform, including building and maintaining content landing pages, marketing automation sequences, CRM hygiene efforts, and regular reporting on campaign and content performance.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Support our Marketing team with keyword research and execution, on-page optimizations, and other key maintenance to continue to bolster SafeRide’s search engine positioning among key areas that align with our broader marketing strategies.
  • Research and Monitoring: Contribute to ongoing market research and monitoring to populate campaign, content, and strategic communications initiatives.
