Your area of focus.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing a wide variety of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns and represents the hands-on traffic control between the dealership contact and the marketing team members.

What gets you up in the morning?

  • Manage the marketing tickets for the assigned platform within the given timelines.
  • Work with the dealerships to ensure their custom marketing projects are completed.
  • Meet with the dealerships marketing team as needed to create marketing plans or campaigns.
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships.
  • Execute all marketing email campaigns.
  • Pull dealers customer lists for both sales and marketing promotions.
  • Ad check all advertisements to ensure they meet provincial regulations.
  • Strategic planning for monthly campaign programs with Director as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure requests are met
  • Performance Reporting as necessary.
  • Other duties as required.

You have…

  • Intermediate level computer skills in MS Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Skype Business, Excel, Word and other programs.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a large office environment as well as be part of a team.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills are required to interact with internal clients, key vendors and employees.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities, performing a variety of tasks and meeting required deadlines.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and working with spreadsheets.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
