Description:
You’ll be an integral part of our superstar Marketing team, becoming our go-to for all things marketing systems, automation, data and reporting. You’ll be our HubSpot guru, helping to optimise its use across our marketing and sales activities. You’ll help define and embed processes for campaign and lead management, reporting, analytics, and data management so we can continue to scale our reach and engage our clients. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be part of a collaborative, energetic and ambitious team, focused on delivering great outcomes for our client teachers and students.
This is a part-time position, three days a week (work days and hours flexible). Whilst our office and most of our team are in Melbourne, we have a number of colleagues who work remotely, and we invite candidates based anywhere in Australia to apply. What you’ll do
- HubSpot champion: Be our in-house HubSpot guru, managing and optimising the CRM and Marketing Hub. You will be responsible for designing workflows, lead scoring, and automated marketing campaigns. You’ll also work with the Marketing and Sales teams to maintain contacts, companies and general cleanliness of our CRM data.
- Analytics and reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI, and generate reports to evaluate the success of marketing automation efforts.
- Email marketing: Create EDM campaigns for teachers and students, design templates, write and proof copy, set up segments and/or A/B testing, and report on results.
- Lead generation: Implement lead generation and lead nurturing programs to attract prospects and move them through the sales funnel using automated workflows and content.
- Lead/ assist with other marketing activities as needed, including copywriting, events/ conferences, stakeholder engagement and being a source of expertise and guidance for the Sales team.
About you
Does the following sound like you?
- Experience with B2B Marketing automation platforms like HubSpot (desirable)
- Experience in creating and managing campaigns, setting up workflows, lead scoring,
lead nurturing, email marketing, and reporting
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS to customise email templates, landing pages, and forms
- Experience with CRM systems and how to integrate with other platforms and systems
- Skills in A/B testing to experiment with different campaign elements and optimise email
content and design for better engagement and conversion rates
- Attention to detail, a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn or figure out whatever you
don’t already know
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a start-up environment where priorities can shift.
