In this role, you will join the Regional Marketing Team, based in Markham , ON office.
This opportunity offers a full-time career-oriented position with our growing and dynamic team. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator reporting to the Marketing Manager for Central & Western Canada, you will be working with leaders across the regional practices and across various markets on significant proposals and marketing initiatives. If you have a positive attitude, passion for driving results, enjoy working in a collaborative team setting, and want to further develop professionally.

WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or a mix of work experience in proposals.
  • Two to five years of experience coordinating proposals, ideally in the engineering industry.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Deltek is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel to local offices
