JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented marketing coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating webinars, engaging with attendees for potential sales conversions, managing and dividing leads/MQLs in our CRM, and updating content on our company website. You’ll also be supporting automated email marketing campaigns, and assisting the team with daily materials like creative briefs, CRM dashboards, templates, proposals, and more. QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of webinar platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate webinars to showcase our products/services and engage with potential clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with webinar attendees to nurture leads and drive sales conversions.
- Manage and distribute leads/MQLs generated from various marketing campaigns.
- Update and maintain content on our company website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, webinar slide decks, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed.
