Description:

Job Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various customer marketing initiatives, sales support, and reporting. The role is primarily focused on customer marketing support, ensuring the development, execution, and activation of marketing strategies. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will assist with campaign and launch support, as well as general marketing activities.
Primary (70%):
Customer Marketing Support: Develop, execute, and activate customer marketing tactics including digital marketing and graphic design coordination. Support customer marketing event activities and execution. Provide local marketing support.
Sales Support: Fulfill sales organizational representative requests, including customized promotions. Manage ordering and fulfillment processes.
Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly marketing reports.
Secondary (30%):
Product Launch Support: Manage marketing collateral CAN customizations. Improve process efficiency and turnaround times. Coordinate marketing collateral orders and document control process.
Campaign Support: Coordinate customer event support and sponsorship activities. Handle marketing materials and lead generation setup, and onsite event preparation and set up.
General Support: Assist with the preparation and distribution of product launch kits. Support in-person events, including shipping and inventory management. Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing support role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with customer marketing in the healthcare or audiology industry.
  • Familiarity with event coordination and sponsorship management.

Work Environment:

  • This position may require occasional travel for in-person events.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
