Goodness Me! is now hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator for our Central Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Working cross-functionally to devise and implement marketing campaigns
  • Collect and analyze data on marketing campaigns to report to Senior Leadership
  • Planning and coordinating seasonal promotions, events, or information sessions
  • Ensuring all information on social media is up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with company brand messaging
  • Building and developing relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Leveraging analytics and competitive analysis to help create new campaigns
  • Frequent visits to stores and participation in store events, ensuring ongoing communication with managers and department leads
  • Responsible for assessing promotional activities, managing flyer penetration, promotional profitability
  • Manage and achieve financial and customer experience performance targets
  • Identify and monitor competition (including regular market surveys)
  • Provide central support for the customer experience via email and social media
  • Perform other duties as assigne
