ONCALL is currently searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This role would be perfect for a new grad looking for their first role in the marketing industry.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for someone who is willing to jump straight into this role with a Bachelor degree in Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or relevant field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to relate to a diverse range of people.
Attention to detail with the ability to think outside the square.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively to ensure team goals are achieved by providing input into decision making and problem solving.
Set and implement social media and EDM calendar plans that captivate our audience and enhance our brand presence.
Boost our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency and plans are in line with the overall business strategy.
Promote events through EDMs, social media and other media channels.
Stay up to date with social media and marketing trends locally and globally.
Create content or facilitate ideas for content creation.
Drive socials engagement and interact with our community across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Capture photos, videos and stories of clients and support workers in the community providing they have consent to share over our social media and online blog.
Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
Build relationships with clients and support workers within the community and encourage them to take part in events, online social networks, stories and videos if they are interested.
