QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Suite (essential).
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (META).
- Experience in automotive marketing is a plus but not essential.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and agile Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the NSW Group Marketing Manager, this role is essential in providing support to our brand managers. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks and collaborate with our graphic designer to create social, digital, and print assets using Canva. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing Support: Assist in managing marketing briefs and projects.
- Google My Business Management
- Social Media Management: Oversee several brand accounts.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute vehicle launch events, activations, and sponsorships.
- Design Creation: Produce assets using Canva for brands and internal departments, including social media content, videos, presentation materials, website banners, eDMs, and print materials.
- Social Media Calendar Management: Manage content calendars for all NSW brands.
- Content Creation: Develop content, including hashtags, and capture image/video content from dealerships.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with brand managers and stakeholders to determine social and campaign content requirements.
- Social Posting: Schedule social posts monthly/as needed.
- Reporting: Review and record data for social pages and websites, using metrics from platforms like GA4.
- POS & Asset Management: Source quotes, collate quantities, distribute marketing collateral, and manage distribution.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the events calendar, support monthly reporting and presentations, manage marketing invoices and plans.
- Website Management: Perform basic CMS tasks, update content and images, manage offers and disclaimers, and handle public holiday creative and uploads.
