Marketing Coordinator

This is an on-site position in Downtown Vancouver. Candidates must be in British Columbia to be considered for this role.
In this role, you will join a tight-knit marketing team and will be working at a real estate company based in Vancouver. They develop and manage rental properties in well-known areas in Vancouver and are growing rapidly.
About 50% of your work will include social media management and content creation for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and the rest of your role will include copywriting and ad hoc creative work (e.g., graphic design for their digital channels). We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of social media and copywriting experience.
What you will do and how you will make an impact …
[-] You will work with the Marketing Managers and Director to increase brand awareness and recognition.
[-] You will manage and create content for social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
[-] You will stay on top of social media trends and industry trends, and provide recommendations to leadership.
[-] You will create shorthand and longhand copy for digital channels, such as websites, blog posts and social media.
[-] You will support the marketing team with additional tasks such as: graphic design and event coordination
[-] Minimum 1 year of experience in a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Assistant / Social Media / similar position
