Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including advertising, email marketing, social media, events, and content creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, email open rates, and social media engagement, to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Assist in coordinating marketing events and trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
- Maintain marketing databases and mailing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing budgets and expenses.
