JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for marketing and effective communication skills. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the Marketing Coordinator will contribute to a range of activities including webinars, partner marketing, messaging, user group organization, conference preparations, collaboration with sales and customer success teams, and content creation such as blog writing. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in the pacific timezone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Webinars: Collaborate with the team to plan, organize, and execute engaging webinars aimed at educating and attracting potential customers. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, either running or providing support during live events.
  • Support Partner Marketing: Work closely with our partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and initiatives. This involves coordinating marketing collateral, tracking campaign performance, supporting their events, and ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and forums). This includes engaging with stakeholders on various platforms, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Organize User Groups: In close collaboration with our Sales and Customer Success Management departments, help organize and facilitate user group meetings and events, both virtual and in-person. This includes managing invitations, logistics, and follow-up communications to ensure a positive user experience and foster community engagement.
  • Assist with Conference Preparations: Support the marketing team in preparing for industry conferences and events. Tasks may include booth setup, collateral creation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics to maximize our presence and impact at these events.
  • Messaging Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of messaging across various marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  • Website and Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, case studies, and whitepapers. This includes conducting research, drafting content, and collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and relevance; as well as building marketing emails.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success: Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. This may involve participating in meetings, providing marketing materials, and assisting with customer communications as needed.
