Description:

As the Marketing Data Analyst, you will work directly with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies for our premium world-class brands: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo. With the support of our Corporate Graphic Designer, Sales Managers, and Internet Coordinators at each dealership, and various vendors, you will see each project through to completion.
As a member of the Corporate Marketing Department, you will have the opportunity to work with management at all of our dealerships to help plan and execute various campaigns and initiatives.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • This position is not remote and requires being in office 5 days a week
  • Degree related to marketing or related field - or equivalent experience
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Desire to grow our department and organization
  • Automotive experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our CRM system to generate targeted client lists for use in various marketing campaign mediums
  • Serve as the automotive group’s CRM Expert and recommend best practices to management team
  • Oversee CRM training for new hires
  • Write and post public responses to online reviews, and assist with managing dealership social media accounts
  • Integrate data from our multiple sources (including website analytics, social media analytics, third-party partners, and CRM) into one cohesive dashboard that facilitates efficient data analysis and reporting
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive tracking infrastructure to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and third-party partners, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Recommend target audiences for campaigns and utilize analytics to make strategy recommendations
  • Assist the Corporate Graphic Designer with updating and maintaining dealership websites
  • Create weekly/monthly reporting for dealership management in a timely, accurate, and digestible manner
  • Write copy for marketing emails, letters, and social media
  • Troubleshoot website issues with third-party partners
