Description:

Support the campaign analytics team in its data analysis and reporting activities by extracting, cleansing, and preparing the data for analysis.

What You Will Do:

  • Mine, analyze, and model the data from Red Hat’s marketing databases to guide optimization and improvement of business strategies around global marketing campaigns.
  • Manage marketing data insights to tell stories that turn insights into actionable recommendations that drive bookings growth and conversion optimization.
  • Build data models for marketing campaign data using SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Identify opportunities to increase contact acquisition and conversion that can help drive campaigns and digital (email, social, advertising, and site) strategies throughout the prospect journey.
  • Analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing for offers or tactics used in Red Hat marketing campaigns using Alteryx, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce.com, Tableau, or similar systems and tools.
  • Present dashboards and key insights to stakeholders to drive adoption and understanding of KPIs and business drivers in partnership with other cross-functional analyst teams.
  • Transform findings into visual presentations, including graphs and charts or dashboards within related tools to management at operational and organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define standard reporting requirements and work with Marketing Operations to implement changes and enhancements.
  • Build validated, accurate, self-service reporting capability from tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce.com ensuring the integrity of marketing data.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and streamlining current reporting on marketing campaign performance.

What You Will Bring:

  • Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics or related field and two (2) years in the job offered or related role.
  • Must have two (2) years of experience with conducting market research to gather insights and statistical evaluation of marketing metrics and KPIs;
  • Must have two (2) years of experience with managing large data sets and performing analysis using Macros, VBA, and Google Scripts;
  • Must have two (2) years of experience with presenting data analyses with global stakeholders and leadership;
  • Must have two (2) years of creative presentation experience to present analytics in a simple and actionable way including analytical reports to monitor campaign performance;
  • Must have one (1) year of experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Eloqua, SalesForce.com, Tableau, or similar systems and tools;
  • Must have one (1) year of experience with business intelligence, database mining, and statistical analysis, and data science tools.
