As the Marketing Data Analytics Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven products, strategies, and solutions to support business growth and decision-making. You’ll ensure alignment and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising stakeholders, the Analytics Center of Excellence team and analytical efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and drive analytics initiatives within the Omnichannel Marketing team, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive business performance and results. Act as the expert in the function’s analytical capabilities at Casey’s.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Center of Excellence leadership & strategy to align to enterprise analytical platforms, approaches, and architecture standards to drive consistency and improve analytical capabilities at Casey’s.
  • Contribute, collaborate, and nurture Casey’s Community of Insights, leading to improved analytical capabilities across the organization and cross-departmental communication to enhance the function’s analytical skills and collaboration leading to self-service and self-sufficiency.
  • Develop and maintain functional dashboards/reports, providing the function’s stakeholders with timely and accurate performance metrics. Collaborate with other departments to maintain and support the development and publication of Casey’s dashboards, enabling self-service analytics while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis by combing through data for insights. Collaborate with various teams, as needed, to identify opportunities, solve complex business problems, and drive informed decision-making.
