Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding of the marketing landscape, including MarTech, AdTech, WebTech, third party cookies, journey mapping, third party cookies, automation, multitouch attribution solution, AI and marketing attribution.
  • Experience exploring product and platform features of different marketing tools and identify the best solve for business use cases.
  • Understanding of digital architecture, data management, data strategy, data warehousing, and data visualization.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to understand business challenges, structure complex problems, develop solutions and turn data into insights.
  • Experience in managing RFP and technology implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and story-telling skills. The ability to clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analyses to business partners is key.
  • The ability to advise business leaders by providing data driven marketing technology strategic direction aimed at increasing marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Demonstrates highly organized approach to work and effective time management skills
  • Plans day/week according to work priorities
  • Takes ownership for success and failures
  • Demonstrates a belief in the company Philosophies
  • Bachelors in the fields of IT, Computer Science, Marketing or similar.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

This is a global Marketing role in the Digital function. With an increased focus on digital transformation, they are seeking a Marketing Data and Technology Manager Manager to implement data and technology solutions, and lead enablement and adoption by their marketing teams. In addition, this role will manage programs that disseminate knowledge, standardize best practices, and govern readiness processes for the wider global marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data and platform strategy. Be a subject matter thought leader & drive the vision for marketing data and technology. Creation and oversight of marketing’s data strategy across our technology platform.
  • Data and martech program delivery: Oversee delivery of data, analytics and marketing technology solutions that have a strategic impact on marketing practices and decision-making.
  • Research: Recommend new marketing technology products and leverage our existing martech platforms to achieve marketing KPI’s and goals. Contribute to product vision by identifying gaps and problems that can be best solved by technology integrations.
  • Evaluation: Design and own marketing technology evaluation and onboarding processes - from business need through RFP to decision, in collaboration with global marketing stakeholders, global procurement and IT teams.
  • Develop MVP work backlog to transfer to operational users and Product Manager focused on execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with business teams to establish longer-term roadmap for key marketing platforms such as Live Chat, Wrike, attribution and third party integrations.
  • Partner with the Technology, Enterprise BI and CRM teams to enhancing marketing’s data and platform capabilities.
