QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive marketing experience including at least 3 years in the Consumer space. Retail, direct response marketing and consumer health marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience managing effective marketing programs in a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills that support attention to detail.
  • Demonstration of strong leadership skills across various functions and within the Marketing department.
  • Demonstrated competency in agency and budget management.
  • Driving digital leadership – ability to implement digital initiatives that have had a significant, sustainable impact on processes, performance or results within and beyond their own functional area.

Responsibilities:

The Director of Marketing, Audika Australia, is a key member of the Executive Leadership team, collaborating closely to shape the company’s overall marketing strategy. This role requires expertise in digital analytics, strategic thinking, and omni-channel marketing, with a strong focus on leveraging data-driven insights for customer acquisition and brand awareness. The individual must balance strategic direction with hands-on execution, working collaboratively and maintaining attention to detail in all marketing aspects. They will take ownership of marketing functions, driving change and ensuring initiatives achieve business goals, while fostering a mindset of continuous improvement in digital marketing capabilities. Success in this role demands alignment with the company’s purpose-driven, results-oriented ethos, and its collaborative, team-centric culture.
