Marketing Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the inquiry, tours, and facilitate the admission process including completing required paperwork.
• Responsible for internal and external marketing.
• Act as a liaison between the facility and community referrals.
• Maintain professional relationship between social workers, discharge planners and referral sources.
• Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges.
• Gather needed information for resident files.
• Assist with daily census reports and keep monthly records of census, matching up numbers with Business Office, to ensure accuracy at the end of each month.
• Provide creative support for activity and social services departments in developing programs, publications, etc., as necessary.
• Weekend Requirement to attend events (Occasional)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• BS degree in marketing, social work, or human sciences desirable
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing for a long-term care setting
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in interacting with the elderly population, their families, and being familiar with the multiple life-stages of the elderly.
