JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Direct the marketing operations team to conceive and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

• Monitor and refine marketing performance to achieve predetermined metrics and objectives.

• Spearhead pioneering marketing strategies within the swiftly evolving e-commerce sphere.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of effectively leading and managing marketing teams.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong project management acumen, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines amidst a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adaptability and readiness to embrace change and drive innovation.
