EXPERIENCE SOUGHT:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Strong references to similar positions, including transformational results
  • Track record of delivery on multiple fronts in a fast-moving business
  • Bachelor’s degree, MsC or advanced degree is advantageous
  • Strong results from similar areas of responsibility
  • Proven good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for our global Marketing and Brand strategy
  • Accountable for the brand effect and marketing efficiency, ROI and ROAS
  • Develop a forward-thinking marketing plan that drives business targets
  • Support and engage ecommerce excellence with tech team Norse Coders
  • Lead marketing practices through the integration of advanced digital strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends
  • Responsible for Social Media strategy, focus on engagement and growth
  • Oversee the seamless integration of engaging customer journeys
  • Evolve our brand identity to resonate with diverse, global audience
  • Responsible to plan and execute campaigns ATL, BTL and Always-on program
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communication channels.
  • Lead CRM initiatives to drive customer retention and maximize lifetime value.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to personalize consumer interactions
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging creative solutions and new approaches.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team dedicated to excellence and innovation.
