Marketing Director
In this role, you will be driving superior customer value by developing and executing the go-to-market approach to reach prioritized customer segments and oversee commercial marketing for Interventional Radiology including Neuroradiology.

Your role:

  • Becoming a go-to expert for the North America commercial and global business organization on the Interventional Radiology/Neuroradiology market dynamics, industry trends, and customer personas and needs.
  • Supporting the North America sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities.
  • Planning and overseeing the launches of new products and features, and promotion of existing products/features, including crafting localized messaging and assets for the sales teams in close collaboration with Marketing communications.
  • Conducting market and win-loss analysis to develop and maintain an ongoing understanding of the changing competitive landscape and identify top product differentiators.
  • Cultivating relationships with KOLs and thought leaders in the field to build credibility and drive product advocacy.
  • Attending conferences and key external meetings to build brand awareness. Responsibility for conference activity, planning and coordination of marketing and sales activity.
  • Collaborating with the marketing communications and engagement colleagues to develop omni-channel go-to-market campaigns and content that resonates with our target customers at all stages of the sales cycle.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years Marketing experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Your skills include 8+ years’ experience developing business-to-business market strategies, marketing plans and executing activities that support achievement of revenue and margin goals.
  • You have the ability to bring people together and align them around common goals; using the power of the organization independent of organizational structures and reports.
  • You enjoy the challenge of handling shifting priorities and meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment while constantly striving for excellence.
  • You are able to act independently with sound business judgement
  • You’re an excellent communicator with strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills.
