Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Are you experienced in preparing, reviewing and managing documentation with an extraordinary attention for detail? This role sits within the dynamic and exciting marketing team and supports the high quality management of KU’s documents workflow. It is a fast paced role within the ECE sector’s most respected organisation – voted Employer of Choice 8 years in a row, KU is more than a workplace, it is a second home for people wanting to have a positive impact in the world alongside supportive colleagues.
This role will focus on preparing the formatting, informational and file management/version control of KU documentation. and the subsequent storage/upload into the websites and drive systems. Aligning with the existing sophisticated brand guidelines, this role ensures that overall consistency and quality in all KU material is maintained.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in managing the KU brand and resources
- Maintaining electronic and hardcopy document registers
- Supporting content uploads associated with KU’s online presence
- Liaising with KU services and Central Office departments regarding documentation/formatting needs
To be successful for the role you will have:
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive resilient attitude
- Experienced proof-reader and copy editing.
- Preferred experience in Adobe applications including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator at a Basic to Intermediate level.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experienced in the use of a CMS and proven ability to learn new aspects of it.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks within a high-volume workplac
