If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Our dynamic team is seeking a talented Marketing Events Planner to orchestrate captivating events that leave a lasting impression on our audience. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and co-ordination of trade and customer events and exhibitions in line with requirements defined by Commercial Marketing Managers
• Liaise with event organisers and stand designers to define layout and structure of exhibit
• Work with creative team to design stands / exhibits and supporting event collateral
• Oversee event set up, build and smooth running of events throughout
• Coordinate the procurement, printing and delivery of any materials and merchandise to support trade and customer events
• Manage inventory, storage and logistics of event merchandise and collateral
• Arrange all internal and external communication relating to marketing events including customer comms
• Capture leads from events feeding into sales pipeline
• Arrange and brief event attendees on their role and responsibilities at events
• Liaise with category colleagues and/or suppliers to arrange products required to support customer events
• Maintain a schedule of events that Arco are attending, exhibiting or sponsoring

About you

The ideal Marketing Event Planner will be/have:

• Experience of marketing or trade event management is essential
• Planning and co-ordination of multiple complex activities over a wide stakeholder group is essential
• Driving licence essential
• Experience in logistic management (for example, through Fedex operations) a distinct advantage
• Excellence in project management. A formal PM qualification may be an advantage
• Advanced Excel and powerpoint skills
• Able to influence at all levels; from Director and Head-of level through to campaign owners
• Confident verbal and written communication and organisation skills
