Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales & marketing plan to support the organization’s growth objectives
  • Manage digital/ social media marketing for HCLI including content ideation, copywriting, social media posts, campaign management etc.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Adwords and other social media channels
  • Manage and execute on all aspects of the marketing mix, including social media marketing, events, content marketing (videos, articles), PR and advertising
  • Ensure successful end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including client engagement, alumni relations, and knowledge & solutions (programmes), to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Support the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring ROI on marketing spend
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry influencers
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and tools, bringing new ideas and strategies to the organization

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities
  • Experience with new media and internet technologies, digital marketing including SEO, and social media marketing is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable ROI on marketing spend is a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience in the education industry or with leadership development programs is a plus

EXPERIENCE:

1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies. We will consider exceptional candidates with fewer years of experience, including fresh graduates.

EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferre
