WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimally a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns across various online channels.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms), and marketing automation software.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different digital channels and target audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with e-commerce or B2B marketing is a plus.
  Remuneration :
  Basic + $100 transport allowance + $10 mobile allowance + AWS + VB
  0.5 month bonus after 6th month of work
  0.5 month bonus after 9th month of work

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase leads, and improve conversion rates.
• Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and multimedia content.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution and lead nurturing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and platforms, and recommend innovative strategies to reach and engage target audiences.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum effectiveness.
