• Monitor, improve and document systems and processes to improve project organizational effectiveness and to enhance the quality of project delivery.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite projects ie. updating Tracking List of all Depts.
• Preparation of Service Agreements, Introducer Agreements for Sales teams.
• Preparation of quotations, test codes, HS packages.
• Coordinate with Clinic Manager on manpower (nurses), supplies required

(eg. vaccines, CIMT machine), item codes and price listing on Plato, confirm offsite projects.

• Creation of corporate account on Plato & ATAS.
• Manpower planning (internal staffs, part-timers, phlebotomists and relevant

vendors/partners).

• Work with Accounts Department on billings.
• Tracking and reporting of the key indicators of projects.
• Preparation, delivery of Corporate and/or Lifestyle Survey reports to clients.
• Build brand awareness eg. Corporate deck, EDM and other corporate promotional materials.
• Assist to maintain high standards of service and clinical quality in health screening projects including logistics for projects, registration, simple health screening, medical reports, surveys, inventory etc.
• Support the Sales and Operations Director and assist in duties as may be assigned.
