Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Legal to work in the country applying.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Over 2+ years working experience as a Recruitment Marketing executive is ideal.
  • Working experience for over 2+ year(s) in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing or Advertising are welcome to apply.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in digital/performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Passion for staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Familiar with graphic & video design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business, Google Tag Manager, especially WeChat Official Account and Little Red Book.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

  • Responsible for developing and managing the Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies by bringing modern marketing methods and tactics to the recruiting process in order to attract top talent in the market.
  • Play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate qualified leads.
  • Responsible for managing digital campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and analysing campaign performance to ensure effective execution and achieve business objectives.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Recruitment Marketing role:
  • Work closely with the People Team to plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • Ensure all employer branding efforts compliment company brand activity, paying close attention to tone of voice
  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns (annual calendar) using innovative approaches
  • Track, measure and report on campaign results to inform future campaigns
  • Create content for posting on social media and manage all social media recruitment
  • Oversee company’s career site and suggest improvements
  • Work with recruitment team to support the creation of engaging job descriptions
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
  • Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
  • Monitor Glassdoor and work with Marketing function to plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers (i.e. SEO activity)
  • Design and plan recruiting events
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
  • Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organisational goals
  • Work closely with Recruitment department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the industry
  • Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
  • Carry out any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role, as required.
  1. Digital Marketing role:
  • Develop high-quality written content for blog articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, images, and illustrations using design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Utilise video editing tools to create engaging video content for social media platforms.
  • Manage and update our social media pages, including Facebook, WeChat, LinkedIn, and Little Red Book.
  • Plan and schedule content to ensure consistent and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
  • Manage website content and oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user experience.
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging content, managing subscriber lists, and analysing campaign performance.
  • Site visits to some of our campuses in Malaysia may be required to attend school events or check in other marketing activities on-site.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities.
