Description:

About the role…:
Made for Marketing? Join Cooper Parry to take your experience to the next level and help us get s**t done.
We welcome a diversity of backgrounds, but you’ll have a couple of years’ work experience under your belt and might be in a marketing job already, but now you’re looking to shake things up.
So make your mark and collaborate in a high-performing team.
Here’s a flavour:
Events: Our Tech & High Growth team host some seriously inspiring events and you’ll help pull these together. From marketing the event beforehand to creating name badges. From tracking attendance to (here’s the best bit) shouting about how many new leads and how much new business we’ve drummed up. With a focus on London but with travel to other regions, you’ll work closely with the Ecosystem & Partnership Leads to help make our events the place where people want to be.
Digital Marketing & Communications: Helping us write & schedule social media posts, co-ordinate campaigns, newsletters, and send emails. Update the cool website and share news inside the business. Liaise closely with the Tech & High Growth senior team to gather & create content, and report on the resulting output and analytics.
Brand: Using and protecting our bold brand. Collaborating with the wider team to develop and enhance it for market activity. You’ll also help others to apply our rebellious brand and tone of voice themselves.
CRM: Customer Relationship Management. It’s an IT system where we record clients and prospect details, when we last spoke to them and what we said. You’ll learn what it’s all about, manage and cleanse existing data, and use it to make smart, timesaving, business decisions for our events, partnerships and to ensure best of class relationship management.
Client Experience (CX): Co-ordinating and utilising client feedback from testimonial quotes to wider case studies. Ensuring that our Tech & High Growth senior team are asking for feedback and making sure we’re maximising CX throughout our Marketing and BD campaigns.
Admin & Intel: taking charge of regular syncs for team Tech & High Growth. Noting & sharing the right actions in the right channels with the right people. Being a diary & inbox ninja. Utilising platforms like Beauhurst to gather data on our business targets to inform market activity.
Being a top team player: There’ll be lots of other work we need along the way too. And, as with most of the above, a big stack of it will happen by working together.
About you…:
Basically, we’re looking for a sponge. Someone who’s looking to soak up everything about marketing.
Then wring it out in a fresh, disruptive kinda way. You’ll be happy to try your hand at everything from working on our brilliant brand and events to digital marketing, data analysis and client experience.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised and tech savvy. An admin guru who can prioritise.
You’ll be a good communicator – confident, able to hold your own and say ‘no’ to some things too.
Being a team player is a given.

A few traits we’d love to see…

  • A self-starter who naturally takes initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident, energetic, approachable
  • Available to attend evening events in London (other regions also possible)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing/ events

About us…:
We’re no ordinary firm of accountants and business advisers. We’re the Rebels of Accountancy.
We’re straight-talking and put people and relationships before products and services. This is what’s made us the fastest growing firm of accountants in the UK… and our vision is to continue.

Over the last couple years alone, we have achieved some fantastic feats:

  • Ranked No.1 in the Accountancy Age Mid-Tier Power Index
  • Achieved 6 awards at the Inspiring Workplaces – Best in Class for Wellbeing, Employee Voice, Culture & Purpose and Employee Experience, as well as Best Company/Most Inspiring Place to Work For - No.1 in Large Companies category and No.3 in Top 50 overall list
  • B Corp certified! Measuring and improving our impact beyond business for a brighter tomorrow
  • Best Companies No.1 Accountancy Firm to work for in the UK & No.30 Best Large Company to work for 2023
