JOB DESCRIPTION
My client is looking for an enthusiastic eCommerce Executive to join their team. You’ll be in charge of enhancing user experience, boosting online sales, and maintaining their WooCommerce-based website in this capacity.
Role Responsibilities
- To maintain the best possible performance and user experience, update and maintain the company’s WooCommerce-based website.
- Use the eCommerce manager’s recommended tactics to enhance the usability, design, and navigation of websites.
- Optimize product listings and website content on-site to raise search engine ranks and increase organic traffic.
- To find opportunities for development and expansion, track and evaluate website performance indicators, such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Work together with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to guarantee a smooth consumer experience from product discovery to purchase.
- Collaborating with the eCommerce manager, conduct market analysis and competition activities to pinpoint prospective avenues for expanding product and service offerings.
- Work in tandem with the marketing group to optimise campaigns, landing pages, and promos for higher conversion rates.
Requirements:
- One year of experience working in a digital marketing environment.
- Understanding of WooCommerce and additional e-commerce systems.
- Comprehension of SEO best practices and concepts.
- Comprehension of PPC best practices and principles.
- A deep comprehension of customer segmentation and email marketing.
- Superb oral and written communication abilities.
- The capacity to organise, prioritise, and operate autonomously in accordance with company requirements.
- A proactive, upbeat mindset and the capacity to operate in a rapidly expanding start-up setting.
- The ability to use analytical tools like Google Analytics and WooCommerce Analytics.
- While not necessary, having a basic understanding of the gardening or horticulture industries is a benefit.
Salary - Up to £27K
Location - Leighton Buzzard
