JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with a strong proficiency in handling various digital platforms and exceptional content writing skills. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and well-versed in utilizing various online channels to achieve marketing objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience 3 years as a Marketing Executive or similar role with a strong focus on digital marketing and content creation.
Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling and persuasive content for different target audiences and marketing channels.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving marketing trends and industry changes

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Create captivating and well-structured content for multiple digital channels, such as blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, website content, and more, maintaining consistent brand tone and voice.
Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling content for impactful marketing materials, graphics, and videos.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics of digital campaigns, providing insightful reports and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and content creation.
Identify target audiences and devise tailored marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
Work closely with the team to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
Manage and update the company’s website content, ensuring it is informative, up-to-date, and SEO-friendly.
Plan and execute webinars, online events, and other digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and affiliates to expand the brand’s digital presence and reach.
Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
Keep track of the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
