Description:

We have a rare opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our brilliant team at Farncombe Estate. Set in a stunning part of the Cotswolds just above the beautiful village of Broadway, we offer our guests a truly memorable escape to the countryside across our award winning hotels, Dormy House, The Fish and Foxhill Manor, as well as our House Spa and Hillside Hangouts.
Marketing is one of the most creative industries there is, calling for a constant stream of new ideas and innovative ways of telling a story. Not only will you be responsible for the Estate’s social media, digital marketing and content strategy, but you will continually look for creative ways to promote the Estate and hotel brands, thinking outside the box and helping stay ahead of the curve. Through research, innovation, creativity, and fresh ideas.
The Marketing Executive will report to the Estate’s Brand & Marketing Manager and will be responsible for social media management and delivering the digital marketing strategy, including promotional marketing campaign, digital advertising, PPC and social media advertising. They will plan, deliver, and monitor the success of digital marketing campaigns closely to measure and monitor and measure their effectiveness. They will have a broad range of tasks and varied responsibilities including managing third party agencies to deliver the marketing plan and strategy whilst delivering a good return on our investment.

  • a CIM qualification is preferred but not essential

The role is office based, and is a full time contract of 40 hours per week (9am - 5.30pm including a 1/2 hour break). You’ll also be required to provide social media monitoring outside of these hours on a rota basis, shared with the team.
In return, we offer an excellent salary of £27,040 per year, plus service charge (around £2,000-£2,500 per year).
