REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Creative, dynamic, and resourceful with a network of media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and metrics for measuring social media performance (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, culture, algorithms and audience behavior on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is an added advantage.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of thriving under pressure.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations.
  • Experience in a similar marketing capacity within the fitness industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Franchise Community Initiatives

  • Cultivate strong relationships with franchise owners and managers through diverse and engaging franchise community and marketing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for collaborative partnerships with relevant businesses, KOLs, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility
  • Coordinate and execute fitness events, challenges, and workshops tailored to the interests and needs of members & franchise network
  • Develop and implement community building initiatives throughout the network

Social Media Planning

  • Collaborate with our Digital Content Creator to create compelling content for social media platforms to promote gym memberships, classes, and special events.
  • Manage social media communications to our franchise network, ensuring a strategic and captivating messaging, on top of a consistent and relatable brand voice.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and membership application rates.
  • Work alongside Digital Content Creator(s) to plan, organize, and implement social media marketing materials across various platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook

National Marketing Support

  • Assist Marketing Manager to create executable strategies and executing plans to achieve defined KPI’s
  • Oversee the production of all visuals, collaterals, and campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines (social media, advertisements, flyers, franchisee assets, etc.).
  • Conceptualise and work with a designer to create marketing assets, and publish engaging content for our website, EDMs, catalogs, press releases, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Manage company and product branding initiatives, ensuring brand guidelines and standards are consistently met throughout the local network.
  • Manage website content at the national level and implement effective SEO strategies, including copywriting, imagery, and video creation.
  • Manage ad accounts and optimize campaigns, be able to report on performance
  • Analyze key marketing metrics related to lead generation, Cost per acquisition, pay-per-click, social media, and website data, providing comprehensive reports on campaign performance.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities to gather insights on market trends and developments.
  • Act as a liaison between the corporate office and franchisees, providing in-house marketing support
