Description:

Hartley People in partnership with our client are recruiting a Marketing Executive to join their rapidly growing team in Dublin.
The primary, but not the only focus of this position lies in Digital Marketing, creating excellent visual content and captivating audiences on multiple platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO/SEM and traditional marketing.
  • 3 years experience in a comparable position.
  • Proficient in utilising digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for video creation and experience in producing engaging video content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
  • A self-starter who is happy working in a fact-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Curate and create compelling content tailored for each social media channel, and a passion for producing quality video material to enhance brand visibility and resonate with followers.
  • Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic growth.
  • Strategise and implement digital marketing initiatives spanning various channels and to elevate brand recognition and drive lead acquisition.
  • Work with online presence management tools, such as Google My Business to drive footfall.
  • Evaluate digital marketing analytics to provide actionable insights and refine campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Support Commercial teams, which can include brochure content and sales aids.
  • Implement offline initiatives (direct mail/advertising) to drive brand awareness.
  • Basic website updates using their CMS.
