• Strategise and manage targeted recruitment campaigns across various platforms including social media, Google Ads, and job boards.
• Engage in content creation that resonates with potential candidates, enhancing employer branding and appeal.
• Oversee the communication process with candidates and our hiring team, ensuring clarity and engagement from the job posting to the final hiring stages.
• Analyse campaign effectiveness to refine strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with our amazing marketing agency to coordinate internal campaigns that enhance the Humnize brand and promote our services.
