Description:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and Commercial/Corporate Team. The job requires the individual to undertake marketing projects to strengthen the company’s continuous growth locally and globally (B2B and B2C). This individual should constantly utilize innovative ideas to construct efficient and effective marketing strategies for the company’s products, services and branding. This includes conducting market research, data analytics, needs analysis, creating corporate materials, campaigns and events that can make a difference for the company’s success tailored to future market trends and customers’ requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an office / corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in development and execution of offline, online and social marketing plans inclusive of web development, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and infographics.
  • Having attended course(s) in digital photography, digital marketing, generative AI, social media branding would be an advantage.
  • Creative, resourceful and able to work under pressure to meet tight datelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Self-starter; possess good problem-solving and decision-making competencies
    Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Execute e-commerce implementation plans. Analyse buyer and seller demographic and customer touch points to execute offline, online and social marketing plans in a fluid and fast-moving corporate setting and to propose enhancements.
  • Analyse industry landscape, digital marketing technologies and competitor product offerings with recommendations of new digital and marketing strategies. Monitor new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in both global and local landscapes and to align marketing strategies. Execute and evaluate effectiveness of brand/marketing plans and content initiatives to increase brand awareness and making adjustments across platforms where necessary.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout marketing implementation.
  • Conduct research on brand awareness, associations and public perception.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop marketing campaign collaterals, content for web, blogs, vlog and various digital platforms.
  • Maintain organization’s social media platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.
