Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the travel industry or related sectors, with a track record of successful campaign management and lead generation.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Bid-Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to write compelling and persuasive bid proposals and RFP responses, showcasing the company’s strengths and capabilities to potential clients.
  • Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to leverage analytics tools and metrics to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Australian market and the UAE, aligning with the company’s overall objectives and brand positioning.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, events, and social media to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging and compelling content such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and multimedia assets to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand storytelling.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with clients through targeted marketing initiatives, communication campaigns, and client events to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Bid-Writing: Prepare high-quality bid proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), leveraging industry knowledge and insights to showcase the company’s value proposition and capabilities.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency and coherence in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, support sales activities, and drive revenue growth.
